GM Ignition Switch - Q4 2022 Update

​A proposed general settlement has been achieved and the Court appointed settlement administrator has completed individual settlement proposals. Each client has had the opportunity to accept the settlement or request a review of the settlement amount. The reviews have been completed and final disbursement of the settlement proceeds should occur as soon as GM funds the settlement.  As previously stated, GM will only fund the settlement when ALL of our clients’ cases have been finalized. We can now happily say that the settlement has been funded to the Qualified Settlement Fund (Archer) and they are in the proceed of disbursing those settlements. 

Q1 2022 Update

A proposed general settlement has been achieved and the Court appointed settlement administrator has completed individual settlement proposals.  Each client has had the opportunity to accept the settlement or request a review of the settlement amount.  The reviews have been completed and final disbursement of the settlement proceeds should occur as soon as GM funds the settlement.  As previously stated, GM will only fund the settlement when ALL of our clients’ cases have been finalized. At this time, we have two remaining cases we are attempting to finalize so we can get the settlement funded.  We hope to begin disbursing funds within the next few months.
