Brent Coon & Associates represents many clients that have had complications with their hernia repair surgeries. The mesh products used for the repair have proven to be defective. Because of the thousands of lawsuits against the different manufacturers of the mesh products, the lawsuits were combined into four different Courts in Georgia, Ohio, New York and New Hampshire, depending on which manufacturer.
The claim administrator in each of these cases has been processing each claim presented by the law firms involved, including Brent Coon & Associates. We are providing the administrators information for each of our clients that will enable the administrator to make a determination about the value of each client’s claim.
To All Hernia Mesh Clients: Please remember to contact our office immediately in the event you are having a revision surgery.
