JUUL

​The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation created an MDL for the consolidation of the JUUL e-cigarette cases on October 2, 2019.  The MDL is in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California in front of Judge William Orrick.  JUUL is accused of deceptive marketing practices and failing to warn consumers about the risks of its e-cigarette products, and unlawfully marketed its products to teens, and failed to disclose the true amount of nicotine contained in its products.
