Transvaginal Mesh (TVM)

Every case that Brent Coon & Associates has in this litigation is resolved.  There were thousands of cases in this MDL that was broken down and separated by manufacturer:  Bard MDL 2187, Boston Scientific MDL 2326, Ethicon MDL 2327, AMS MDL 2325, and Coloplast MDL 2387.  The majority are in one of the many settlement groups, which are slowed by the number of cases waiting to be reviewed in the settlement process and the funds distributed.  In groups other than AMS and Coloplast, if the patient did not have a revision or removal surgery, they are not included in a settlement and their cases are dismissed without prejudice to be refiled with 5 years if and when a revision or removal surgery is performed
